Simply put, Lindsay is brilliant. Her brilliance, communication skills, creativity, drive, passion and organization make her an all-star content marketing professional and a consummate marketer. Her work ethic and integrity cause her to rise above all others in the workplace. She accomplished what I have never seen done by anyone in the 40 years of my career: 0 to 75 pieces of content in 7 months, covering 6 personas across the entire buyer journey. Along with the volume of productivity, everything she produced was top quality. In addition to the production of amazing content, Lindsay lead the strategy and execution of our marketing automation implementation that produced more leads than could be handled by the sales force. Lindsay would make an excellent director of marketing and is well on her way to a VP of Marketing position. She is wise beyond her age and will certainly exceed the expectations of anyone who hires her, just as she did with me.

Within days of Lindsay working for me in Product Marketing, I knew she was rare find. I saw her not only excel at the core elements of her job, such as creating quick reference guides for the front line and designing graphical sell-in sheets, but she also learned other tasks that extend well beyond the scope of her role, such as managing product launches, championing new employee programs, and facilitating internal communications meetings for three lines of business. I quickly realized Lindsay can accomplish anything handed to her, and she’ll do it with a smile. Her passion for her role consistently made her the first one to work and the last one out the door, because she thrives on a challenge and creative problem solving.

Beyond her intelligence and work ethic, Lindsay is one of the most honest, respected and genuine people I know. She could join any team, immediately be liked and make an extreme impact. I found her to be the best balance of open-minded, yet strong in her resolve when she believes something is right. A born leader, Lindsay’s interpersonal skills are uncanny. Even starting at an intern level, she was able to intelligently persuade senior management to buy into her ideas, then she executed them flawlessly. Despite being a leader, Lindsay would still eagerly support her coworkers on their projects and push them to think outside of the box, never once needing credit or a pat on the back. On a creative level, Lindsay is unmatchable. Her talent at graphically portraying an idea, product, slogan, or communication piece, and do in a way that is both aesthetically pleasing yet captures technical aspects goes well beyond her years. She was born to make every idea you have better, and you’ll love her for it. She is intuitive to the needs of those around her, she is an original thinker, and she is fearless in a fast-paced environment. She is the real deal.

When you meet Lindsay, you immediately can tell the passion that she has for her craft along with the energy that she exudes for perfecting that craft. Lindsay is driven. She strives to excel in whatever position she is in and does so strategically by setting benchmarks and meeting them.

Lindsay not only sets a high bar for herself, but also shows a willingness to raise the bar for others. Lindsay comes to the table with skills developed through her education and work experience, but she also shows a willingness to learn. She's not afraid to reach out to others for assistance and is motivated to look for opportunities to improve her craft. Recently, when her team had a need for some graphics work, Lindsay pursued some courses to refine her skill in Adobe Creative Suite and was able to produce compelling content as a result.

But Lindsay is not all work. She is a fun personality and is able to strike a balance between being a part of the work culture and getting things done. Anyone who has opportunity to work with Lindsay will know that she is hard-working, a valuable asset, and a pleasure to work with.

Just want to take a moment to say that Lindsay was very professional and a key person in launching a stage one business that was owned by us. We are still using a lot of the systems that she had put in place and a lot of the advertising ideas that she provided. At that time I was a territory representative.
